"Hi, my name is Susan, I'm an EN who relocated to Launceston from Victoria in May 2010, due to my husbands employment.

Pulse Nursing Agency was recommended to me by the local branch of the ANF, so I contacted Sonya and had an informal meeting to discuss
joining the Pulse team. My motivation for working with an agency was to enable me to go back to Victoria regularly to visit family, an important
consideration when deciding to make the move to Launceston. Sonya had no problem at all with this prospect and I joined up with Pulse on the
spot, over a coffee!

I have been solely employed by Sonya and Dave for the past 19 months, and couldn't be happier. I am offerred plenty of shifts in a variety of
settings, in the aged care facilities across town, as well as in the medical and surgical wards at the private hospitals.

Sonya is always considerate of my needs when I need to take a week off here and there, and Dave is only a telephone call away if and when an
incident occurs whereby I need to talk something through. He has been a great support to me when needed, which is very reassuring when in an Agency environment.
